Every country that we work with around the World requires a slightly different specification.

We work through an established process to ensure that our customers get exactly what they want.
step 1 drawing or sample supplied by the customer

We need either a drawing or a sample that is long enough to show the configuration of the profile and the distance between any nail holes and repeat patterns. We also need to know

1.) The finish that is required with a colour match if possible.
2.) The packaging requirement and profile length

Using this we will establish our own technical drawings to cover
1.) The extrusion
2.) The fabrication of the item

These drawings will be returned to the customer for confirmation with an indication of die charges.

step 2 making dies

On confirmation of the technical drawings and payment of necessary die charges we will arrange for the dies to be produced.

step 3 extrusion samples

Once the dies have been produced we will make the extrusion samples and send these to the customer for confirmation.

step 4 fabrication and correct finish samples

At this stage we will provide final samples for you to confirm both the fabrication of the profile and the finish.

step 5 confirmation of container quantity and packaging
With the initial container order we will confirm the configuration of the packaging and contents of the container.

Pricing will vary depending on the market price of aluminium. We will requote every time a new order is placed.
