Because our customers around the World require a slightly different specification. we carefully work through an established process to ensure that our customers get exactly what they want.
step 1 drawing or sample supplied by the customer.
We need either a drawing or a sample that is long enough to show the configuration of the profile and test out the raw material used. We also need to know1.) the detailed requirements of the product such as surface finish required
2.) the usage of this product
3.) the problems have been occurred before
4.) the packaging requirement and profile length
Using this we will establish our own technical drawings to cover:
1.) The raw material use
2.) The hardness of the product These drawings will be returned to the customer for confirmation with an indication of die charges.
step 2 making dies
On confirmation of the technical drawings and payment of necessary die charges we will arrange for the dies to be produced.
step 3 sample
Once the dies have been produced we will make the samples and send these to the customer for confirmation.
Step 4 confirmation of container quantity and packaging
With the initial container order we will confirm the configuration of the packaging and contents of the container
Step 5 Quality check
Placing of the order is just the beginning of the whole process. We understand how important it is to identify any problems before the product leaves China.
1.)With the order, we send a quality check list to make sure the factory is using the correct raw material and taking into consideration other important matters
2.)During the production, we make sure that the products meet the specification and no problems such as an oily coating, machine lines, a ripple edge or a rough edge.
3.)We make sure that the correct cartons and labels are used. All the cartons are well protected on the pallets
4.)We take photos of the products and container loading , and send these to the customer as soon as the product leaves the factory.
