Axminster is a woven carpet with a colourful pile combined with the possibility of complex designs and patterns. Axminster offers unlimited design possibilities available with twelve colours per colour way.
Axminster performs as a superior woven carpet because each tuft is surrounded, locked and supported by nine backing yarns. As the weaves increase in density (tufts per square inch), more backing yarns are added making the supporting fabric stronger and more stable.
The combination of the woven construction and the excellent compression recovery of the wool yarn gives Axminster carpets long term aesthetic durability.
It is therefore ideal for use in areas of heavy traffic and where the carpet needs to continue to appear attractive. (i.e. casinos, convention centers, corridors, lobbies, meeting rooms and cruise ships)

Face to face Wilton
For a face-to-face Wilton carpet, machines weave two backings attached by pile yarn. The yarn is then cut to form two cut pile carpets.
The Wilton carpet is known for its strength and durability and is a popular choice for commercial areas as it can stand up to high traffic. Patterned or sometimes a solid colour, Wilton carpets are often used on passenger aircraft and trains as well as in hotels. A Wilton carpet can also be used in residential applications.

Wire Wilton Carpet
Wire Wilton carpet is a woven carpet known for its durability and strength. Its pile is constructed in the form of a continuous yarn which produces a series of loops. The continuous yarn construction makes the Wire Wilton one of the strongest carpets and offers a loop, cut, and cut and loop pile. Wire Wilton carpet is limited to three colours per design.
Areas for Wire Wilton uses are public areas, corridors, lobbies, theaters and auditoriums. Wire Wilton carpets are also a good choice for use in ships and airplanes.
